Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Mobil Muska app (hereby referred to as
"Application") for mobile devices that was created by Faruk Harmanlı
(hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the
following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these
terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application,
or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code
of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create
derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights,
and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the
property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial
and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application
or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider
assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly
communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the
Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to
maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service
Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves
removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating
system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses,
malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in
the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Third-Party Services
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own
Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the
third-party service providers used by the Application:
Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain
aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection,
which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider
cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity
due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your
mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur
charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the
Application, or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept
responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the
Application outside of your home territory without disabling data roaming.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage
of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your
device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to
access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the Application,
it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and
accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them
so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability
for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely
on this functionality of the Application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the Application at some point. The
Application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system
may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using
the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update
the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular
operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always
accept updates to the Application when offered to you. The Service Provider may
also wish to cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time
without providing notice to you.
Account Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account and delete your data at any time. Account deletion
can be initiated through the Application's settings or via the
web-based account deletion page. Account
deletion requires authentication.
Users also have the right to delete or update certain data without fully deleting their
account. Through features provided within the Application, users may remove their profile
information, content, or specific data associated with the Application. Such actions only
affect the relevant data and keep the user's account active.
Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed, anonymized,
or removed from our systems except for data that must be retained under applicable
laws (for example, financial records may be stored for up to 5 years in accordance

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore,
you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider
will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
These terms and conditions are effective as of 2026-04-09.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu kullanım koşulları, Faruk Harmanlı (bundan sonra "Hizmet Sağlayıcı" olarak
anılacaktır) tarafından Freemium bir hizmet olarak oluşturulan Mobil Muska
uygulaması (bundan sonra "Uygulama" olarak anılacaktır) için geçerlidir.
Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları otomatik olarak kabul
etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı kullanmadan önce bu koşulları dikkatlice okumanız
ve anlamanız şiddetle tavsiye edilir.
Uygulamanın veya herhangi bir bölümünün veya ticari markalarımızın izinsiz
kopyalanması, değiştirilmesi kesinlikle yasaktır. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu
çıkarmaya, Uygulamayı başka dillere çevirmeye veya türev sürümler oluşturmaya
yönelik herhangi bir girişime izin verilmez. Uygulamayla ilgili tüm ticari
markalar, telif hakları, veritabanı hakları ve diğer fikri mülkiyet hakları
Hizmet Sağlayıcının mülkiyetindedir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamanın mümkün olduğunca faydalı ve verimli olmasını
sağlamaya kendini adamıştır. Bu nedenle, herhangi bir zamanda ve herhangi bir
nedenle Uygulamayı değiştirme veya hizmetleri için ücret alma hakkını saklı
tutar. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulama veya hizmetleri için herhangi bir ücretin
size açıkça bildirileceğini garanti eder.
Uygulama, Hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla Hizmet Sağlayıcıya verdiğiniz kişisel
verileri saklar ve işler. Telefonunuzun güvenliğini ve Uygulamaya erişiminizi
sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, cihazınızın resmi
işletim sistemi tarafından uygulanan yazılım kısıtlamalarını ve sınırlamalarını
kaldırmayı içeren jailbreak veya root işlemi yapmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye
etmez. Bu tür eylemler telefonunuzu kötü amaçlı yazılımlara, virüslere ve
zararlı programlara maruz bırakabilir, telefonunuzun güvenlik özelliklerini
tehlikeye atabilir ve Uygulamanın düzgün veya hiç çalışmamasına neden olabilir.
Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Uygulamanın kendi Kullanım Koşullarına sahip üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini
kullandığını lütfen unutmayın. Aşağıda Uygulama tarafından kullanılan üçüncü
taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarının Kullanım Koşulları bağlantıları yer almaktadır:
Hizmet Sağlayıcının belirli konularda sorumluluk üstlenmediğini lütfen göz
önünde bulundurun. Uygulamanın bazı işlevleri, Wi-Fi veya mobil ağ sağlayıcınız
tarafından sağlanan aktif bir internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Wi-Fi erişimi
olmaması veya veri kotanızın tükenmesi nedeniyle Uygulamanın tam kapasiteyle
çalışmamasından Hizmet Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulamayı Wi-Fi alanı dışında kullanıyorsanız, mobil ağ sağlayıcınızın
sözleşme koşullarının hâlâ geçerli olduğunu lütfen unutmayın. Bu doğrultuda,
Uygulamaya bağlanma sırasındaki veri kullanımı veya diğer üçüncü taraf
ücretleri için mobil sağlayıcınızdan ücret yansıyabilir. Uygulamayı kullanarak,
veri dolaşımını devre dışı bırakmadan ana bölgeniz dışında kullanmanız
durumundaki dolaşım veri ücretleri dahil bu tür tüm ücretlerin sorumluluğunu
kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Benzer şekilde, Hizmet Sağlayıcı Uygulamayı kullanımınız konusunda her zaman
sorumluluk üstlenemez. Örneğin, cihazınızın şarjlı kalmasını sağlamak sizin
sorumluluğunuzdadır. Cihazınızın pili bittiğinde Hizmete erişemezseniz, Hizmet
Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
Hizmet Sağlayıcının Uygulamayı kullanımınıza ilişkin sorumluluğu açısından,
her zaman güncel ve doğru olmasını sağlamaya çalışsalar da, bilgileri size
sunabilmek için üçüncü taraflara güvendiklerini belirtmek önemlidir. Hizmet
Sağlayıcı, tamamen Uygulamanın bu işlevselliğine güvenmeniz sonucunda yaşadığınız
doğrudan veya dolaylı herhangi bir kayıptan sorumluluk kabul etmez.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı bir noktada Uygulamayı güncellemek isteyebilir. Uygulama
şu anda mevcut olup, işletim sistemi gereksinimleri değişebilir ve Uygulamayı
kullanmaya devam etmek istiyorsanız güncellemeleri indirmeniz gerekecektir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamayı her zaman sizinle ilgili ve/veya cihazınızda
yüklü olan belirli işletim sistemi sürümüyle uyumlu olacak şekilde
güncelleyeceğini garanti etmez. Bununla birlikte, size sunulduğunda Uygulama
güncellemelerini her zaman kabul etmeyi kabul edersiniz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı ayrıca
Uygulamayı sağlamayı bırakmak isteyebilir ve size bildirimde bulunmadan
herhangi bir zamanda kullanımını sonlandırabilir.
Hesap Sonlandırma ve Silme
Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilir ve ilgili verilerinizin silinmesini
talep edebilirsiniz.
Hesap silme işlemi, Uygulama ayarlarından veya
web tabanlı hesap silme sayfası üzerinden
başlatılabilir. Hesap silme işlemi kimlik doğrulama gerektirir.
Kullanıcılar, hesaplarını tamamen silmeden de belirli verilerini silme veya
güncelleme hakkına sahiptir. Uygulama içinde sunulan özellikler aracılığıyla
kullanıcılar, profil bilgilerini, içeriklerini veya uygulama ile ilişkili
belirli verileri kaldırabilir. Bu tür işlemler yalnızca ilgili verileri etkiler
ve kullanıcı hesabının aktif kalmasını sağlar.
Hesap silme işlemi sonrasında kişisel verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir,
anonimleştirilir veya yasal yükümlülükler kapsamında saklanması gereken veriler
hariç olmak üzere sistemlerimizden kaldırılır. Bazı veriler, ilgili yasal yükümlülükler
kapsamında belirli bir süre boyunca saklanabilir (örneğin vergi mevzuatı gereği
finansal kayıtlar 5 yıla kadar saklanabilir). Veri silme ve saklama süreçleri

Bu Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Hizmet Sağlayıcı Kullanım Koşullarını periyodik olarak güncelleyebilir. Bu
nedenle, herhangi bir değişiklik için bu sayfayı düzenli olarak incelemeniz
tavsiye edilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, yeni Kullanım Koşullarını bu sayfada
yayınlayarak değişiklikleri size bildirecektir.
Bu kullanım koşulları 09.04.2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerlidir.
