Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Mobil Muska app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Faruk Harmanlı (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not currently use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email, Device information, and Profile picture (avatar). The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

The Application utilizes third-party services that may collect and process personal data on your behalf. These services operate under their own privacy policies, and the Service Provider encourages you to review them. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. All data transmitted between the Application and the Service Provider's servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS) to ensure secure communication.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Important: Uninstalling the Application does not delete your account or personal data from our servers. To permanently delete your account and associated data, please use the account deletion feature within the Application or via the web-based account deletion page.

Users also have the right to delete certain data without deleting their account. Through features provided within the Application, users may:

Update or remove their profile information
Remove uploaded content
Clear specific application data

These actions only affect the relevant data and do not delete the user's account. To permanently delete your account, please follow the steps described in the "Account Deletion" section below.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the following methods:

In-app: Navigate to Profile Settings and select "Delete My Account".
Web: Visit our Account Deletion page and complete the process through the web application — no reinstallation required.

Account deletion requires authentication. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed, anonymized, or removed from our systems except for data that must be retained under legal obligations. For more details, see our Account Deletion page.

Users can delete their account and data through the in-app feature or via the web-accessible account deletion page.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains User Provided data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a limited period thereafter in accordance with legal obligations. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed or anonymized.

Certain data may be retained as required by applicable laws (for example, financial records may be stored for up to 5 years in accordance with tax regulations). Retained data is minimized and limited to what is legally required.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at admin@mobilmuska.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-04-09.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

Uygulama, mobil cihazınızın kesin konum bilgisini toplamaz.

Uygulama şu anda, verilerinizi işlemek veya özellik sunmak için Yapay Zeka (AI) teknolojileri kullanmamaktadır.

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, size önemli bilgiler, gerekli bildirimler ve pazarlama tanıtımları sağlamak amacıyla zaman zaman sizinle iletişim kurmak için verdiğiniz bilgileri kullanabilir.

Daha iyi bir deneyim için Uygulamayı kullanırken, Hizmet Sağlayıcı sizden Ad, E-posta, Cihaz bilgisi ve Profil fotoğrafı (avatar) gibi kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgiler sağlamanızı isteyebilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcının talep ettiği bilgiler, bu gizlilik politikasında açıklandığı şekilde saklanacak ve kullanılacaktır.

Üçüncü Taraf Erişimi

Uygulama, sizin adınıza kişisel verileri toplayabilecek ve işleyebilecek üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanmaktadır. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde faaliyet göstermekte olup, bunları incelemeniz tavsiye edilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu gizlilik bildiriminde açıklanan şekillerde bilgilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla paylaşabilir.

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan ve Otomatik Olarak Toplanan Bilgileri aşağıdaki durumlarda açıklayabilir:

Bir mahkeme celbi veya benzeri yasal süreçlere uymak gibi yasal gereklilikler doğrultusunda;

Güvenlik

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bilgilerinizin gizliliğini koruma konusunda hassas davranır. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, işlediği ve sakladığı bilgileri korumak için fiziksel, elektronik ve prosedürel güvenlik önlemleri sağlar. Uygulama ile Hizmet Sağlayıcının sunucuları arasında iletilen tüm veriler, güvenli iletişimi sağlamak amacıyla HTTPS (TLS) ile şifrelenir.

Vazgeçme Hakları

Uygulamayı kaldırarak tüm bilgi toplamayı kolayca durdurabilirsiniz. Mobil cihazınızın veya uygulama mağazasının standart kaldırma işlemlerini kullanabilirsiniz.

Önemli: Uygulamayı kaldırmak, hesabınızı veya kişisel verilerinizi sunucularımızdan silmez. Hesabınızı ve ilişkili verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silmek için Uygulama içindeki hesap silme özelliğini veya web tabanlı hesap silme sayfasını kullanınız.

Kullanıcılar, hesaplarını silmeden de belirli verilerini silme hakkına sahiptir. Uygulama içinde sunulan ilgili özellikler aracılığıyla kullanıcılar;

Profil bilgilerini güncelleyebilir veya silebilir
Yüklenen içerikleri kaldırabilir
Belirli uygulama verilerini temizleyebilir

Bu işlemler yalnızca ilgili verileri etkiler ve kullanıcı hesabını silmez. Hesabın tamamen silinmesi için "Hesap Silme" bölümünde açıklanan adımlar izlenmelidir.

Hesap Silme

Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman aşağıdaki yöntemlerle silebilirsiniz:

Uygulama içinden: Profil Ayarları bölümüne gidin ve "Hesabımı Sil" seçeneğini kullanın.
Web üzerinden: Hesap Silme sayfamızı ziyaret edin ve işlemi web uygulaması üzerinden tamamlayın — yeniden yükleme gerekmez.

Hesap silme işlemi kimlik doğrulama gerektirir. Silme işlemi sonrasında kişisel verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir, anonimleştirilir veya yasal yükümlülükler kapsamında saklanması gereken veriler hariç olmak üzere sistemlerimizden kaldırılır. Daha fazla bilgi için Hesap Silme sayfamızı inceleyin.

Kullanıcılar, hesaplarını ve verilerini silme işlemini uygulama içinden veya web üzerinden erişilebilen hesap silme sayfası aracılığıyla gerçekleştirebilir.

Veri Saklama Politikası

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan verileri yalnızca hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca ve sonrasında yasal yükümlülüklere uygun olarak sınırlı bir süre boyunca saklar. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde kişisel verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

Bazı veriler, ilgili yasal yükümlülükler kapsamında belirli bir süre boyunca saklanabilir (örneğin vergi mevzuatı gereği finansal kayıtlar 5 yıla kadar saklanabilir). Saklanan veriler, yasal olarak gerekli olanla sınırlı tutulur ve en aza indirilir.

Çocuklar

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamayı 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamak veya onlara pazarlama yapmak amacıyla kullanmaz.

Uygulama, 13 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgi toplamaz. Hizmet Sağlayıcının, 13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi sağladığını tespit etmesi durumunda, bu bilgi derhal sunucularından silinecektir. Ebeveyn veya vasi iseniz ve çocuğunuzun bize kişisel bilgi sağladığının farkındaysanız, lütfen gerekli işlemlerin yapılabilmesi için Hizmet Sağlayıcı ile şu adresten iletişime geçin: admin@mobilmuska.com.

Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası herhangi bir nedenle zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu sayfayı yeni Gizlilik Politikası ile güncelleyerek değişiklikleri size bildirecektir. Sürekli kullanım, tüm değişikliklerin onayı olarak kabul edildiğinden, bu Gizlilik Politikasını düzenli olarak incelemeniz tavsiye edilir.

Bu gizlilik politikası 09.04.2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerlidir.

Onayınız

Uygulamayı kullanarak, bilgilerinizin bu Gizlilik Politikasında belirtildiği şekilde ve tarafımızca yapılan değişikliklerle birlikte işlenmesine onay vermektesiniz.
